The responsiveness was beyond exceptional. The prioritisation of understanding what you need & how they can meet your needs without unnecessary expenses being incurred is a rare service found today. Absolutely loving the solution so far.

I was incredibly impressed with Riaz and his excellent team.

I bought my own alarm system and needed it installed and from the initial phone call, Riaz was clear about pricing, and guiding me through the process and also being clear about what his installation covered. I asked 4 other companies for quotes but Quantico was the only one that was clear about the cost and potential timeline.

Once on site the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with going above and beyond to get the job done within the time and even doing extra and not charging me for it.

I will be using Quantico again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional outfit for security installations etc.

The team at Quantico were great when it came to installation, speed, and their suggestions. They were quite knowledgeable in terms of the type of system needed for my business and didn’t try and sell me anything that I didn’t need. They were very accommodating and worked around many contractors at the time which greatly helped me. The owner is also very hands on which gave me a lot of confidence from the beginning of the process.

I would highly recommend them. One of the best experiences I have had.

We initially had amazing service from Quantico. Installation was seamless and all worked well. Then we later started to have some issues with wifi connectivity to the app and found that our dogs could wander in the garden without many of the beams being triggered. We asked Quantico to sort the problem out and, after numerous call outs and not being able to solve the problem, Quantico told us to find a new security company. So we contacted our alarm company who inspected our system today and found the reason that our beams were not working was because they were faulty and had been set on the main panel to register as functional. We have never touched the system. Only Quantico has ever worked on the system. So we have been sleeping, thinking that we were secure for I don’t know how long with a system that did not work but had been set up to look as though it was functional. Even the person who initially enthusiastically referred Quantico to us has described his eventual horror stories with them. ALLOW QUANTICO ON YOUR PREMISES AT YOUR PERIL.

Riaz and team have nothing but the best with assessing my current alarm system and advising the root we go with. Always on time and making sure they finish what they start. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to install an alarm system looking at the other services they provide. Thanks
